Getting started

The first step is for you to get in touch.  There is no need to be referred by your GP.  You can email or call me on 07816 782 131.  If I am not available, do leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Once you have contacted me, we can arrange a free 30-minute telephone call.  We can talk about what has brought you to therapy and get an initial sense of whether I am the right therapist to help you.  If we decide not to work together, I may suggest a referral or a different kind of therapy if I think it would be better suited to your needs.

If you would like to go ahead and meet, we will arrange an initial consultation.  The consultation is is an opportunity to talk in more depth, as well as get more of a sense of how I work.  It is entirely natural to be unsure what to expect so you are welcome to ask me any questions and we can look at what you would like to gain from our sessions together.

If you decide to continue with therapy, and we feel we can work together, we will agree on a regular time to meet at my Central London practice. All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and take place at the same time each week.
